Zach Builders is a full service design builder familiar with all types of single family construction including Sipps, ICF’s, steel framing, post and beam, Spancrete products, tilt up and log construction. Zach Builders also provides customers with competitive bidding on custom plans, structural engineering, surveys, site grading plans, soil testing, soil engineering, site evaluation and landscape plans. The cost of their homes will start at around $400,000.00 and run about $150.00 per sq. ft. for nice finishes on a conventionally built two story home.
